We hope you are entirely happy with your order, but should you change your mind and wish to cancel your order you have a legal right to cancel the contract in line with our cancellation policy as detailed in our Terms of Sale of business (see clause 5).
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to us by hand or post at the address below (or shown on our website) or email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us by telephone on +44 (0)161 480 8003, giving details of the Goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery.
The easiest way to do this is to complete the cancellation form on the attachment below. You can also contact us by email or telephone including details of your order to help us identify it.
If you receive your order before you decide to cancel your contract then you must return the goods to us at the address below. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us (unless the goods are faulty or not as described).

You must take reasonable care to ensure the Goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the contract, we will refund or re credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the Goods. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the Goods.
